Bunker Hill Recreation (including all rights to the Dummy Clutch Tool) has been sold to Dollar Bay Motorsports. Please contact them for all of your snowmobile needs. They can be reached at 482-0690. Tell them the Mayor sent you.
The website will stay up for a short while, but will probably be shut down before long unless there is enough interest in donations to keep it afloat. In the mean time feel free to have a few laughs on the humor pages, or read a few of the Mayor's opinions from over the years.
Facts from the Mayor
We will put up a message on the ad board by the candy cane tree for a fee, for example, to wish someone a happy birthday. Call 482-7921.

Did you know?
.....The fine for operation a snowmobile with an "Improper muffling device" in the state of Vermont is $611 (the same fine applies to harassing wildlife, operation without liability insurance or operation on a closed trail). Vermont law also states the person who sells an improper muffling device for use in that state can also be fined $611. Loud exhaust systems close trails, and Vermont is getting serious about the problem in an effort to preserve their trail network. Anything over 82 dB on the A scale measured at 50 feet is considered illegal in Vermont.
This was published in Snow Tech Magazine's March 2009 issue and I totally agree with it and believe that Michigan should get a lot stricter about loud snowmobiles.
