The website will stay up for a short while, but will probably be shut down before long unless there is enough interest in donations to keep it afloat. In the mean time feel free to have a few laughs on the humor pages, or read a few of the Mayor's opinions from over the years.

"Loud Pipes"

I have been involved in snowmobile trail issues for quite some time and they are getting more difficult to keep open or create new trails. The most common complaint by landowners and people that live near snowmobile trails is loud snowmobiles. I realize that most snowmobilers are good people and have stock exhaust systems. It is the few that have loud exhaust pipes that are creating problems for all of us! As of the winter of 05/06, we started a new shop policy. If you come to our shop with loud exhaust pipes, we will only work on it once or sell you parts once and will warn you to get rid of the loud exhaust noise. If you do not, you will no longer be welcome at our shop. I am now encouraging all other snowmobile dealers and repair shops to do the same as us. We all need to do what is best to keep loud snowmobiles from making a bad situation even worse. I don't give a care what your reason is for having loud exhaust components because there is no good reason for using them on any public trail!!! If you see and hear anyone with loud pipes, please scold them and tell them they are ruining things for you, me and everyone!!!
